Meet the founder
Paula Abdon-Vautrot
Founder & Fractional HR Lead
Senior Professional, Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP-SP)
Paula brings over 20 years of human capital leadership across some of the world's most demanding industries — from regional HealthTech and corporate aviation with Emirates Airlines and Qatar Airways, to luxury hospitality. Her career has taken her across major global hubs, giving her a rare depth of cross-cultural fluency and an instinct for what makes people and organisations thrive.
Having worked inside MNCs, rapid-growth startups, and regional enterprises, Paula understands that no two organisations face the same HR challenges. That versatility — bridging high-level strategy with pragmatic, hands-on execution — is the foundation on which Beacon HR was built.
Paula is fluent in English and is currently pursuing her DELF qualification in French. She is an active member of the Singapore Business and Professional Women's Association (SBPWA) and a passionate advocate for inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.
